Description

尊龙凯时最新平台登录推出的BIDI SFP+光�？榻幽�1330(1270)(1490nm)发射端和1270(1330)(1550nm)吸收端，适用于IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-BX等双向10G串行光数据通讯。收发器由两部分组成:发送部分使用大批子阱1330(1270)nm DFB激光器，是切合国际清静标准IEC 60825的一级激光器。吸收部分使用集成的1270(1330)nm探测器前置放大器(IDP)装置在一个秃顶和一个限制后放大器集成电路。
