其延时态切换速率抵达 1µs 以下,延时精度比古板光纤延时线提升 1 个量级,厚膜 SOI 硅光手艺使其光消耗抵达工程应用水平,单片集成芯片解决了古板光延时器的体积大、可靠性差问题,是唯一可全方面知足光控相控阵应用要求的产品。
